We’re sitting here on our patio (which was begun about 20 minutes after Matt left our property) and marveling at the beautiful patio cover. (Neighbors on both sides have already expressed admiration and interest in adding to their own patio covers!) We know we’re going to enjoy it more than we can even imagine! Especially when summer arrives again. It was a long fight to get this done, but well worth all the effort!

You can’t imagine how pleased we are with the patio cover you designed and installed for us. Or as you call it: the attached Aluma-latticed ramada.

It is both beautiful and highly functional, not only as an outdoor relaxing and entertaining area but as an energy-saving device as well. The very next day, the outside temperature was reported as 102 degrees Fahrenheit. We decided to leave the air conditioning off, and the inside temperature with everything closed reached only 87 degrees, quite comfortable with only the use of overhead fans.

We are especially pleased with one inch spacing between the lattice. We always have a minimum of 87% and 100% shade for much of both morning and evening as the shadow of the adjacent lattice blocks the sun’s rays (Suggestion: you might use this technique as a demonstrated selling tool).

We should like to commend both Aaron Leonard and Aaron Brundige for their conscientious and skillful erection. They Are a great team and seemed always to know what each other was thinking as the next step. They were neat polite and respectful. Hope you reward them well for their effort.
